On November 1, 2011, at the AAPEX Show in Las Vegas, Remy announced a global reorganization initiative, which we are calling “The Power of One.” We are bringing together the leading light-duty brand, Remy, and the leading heavy-duty brand, Delco Remy, to form one aftermarket operation.
